Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Conduct data audits to identify inaccuracies, duplications, and inconsistencies
  • Clean and update company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Assist in improving data collection processes and tools.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Ensure all company records (both digital and physical) are properly maintained and organised.
  • Create, update, and maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Monitor deadlines and coordinate timely record updates and reviews.
  • Creating and issuing attendance certificates.
  • Creating invitations on Zoom and teams’ technology, opening and closing online sessions, undertaking housekeeping with participants etc.
  • Providing generic administrative support to the Charity

  • Work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to changing demands.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor that supports a happy working environment and remain flexible and professional at all times.

  • Undertake continuing professional Development (CPD) with support from your manager to further enhance your skill base.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by the senior managers.
