Job Description

  • Assist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasks
  • Prepare and analyse data for reporting purposes, including regular data audits
  • Documents formatting in PowerPoint and Word
  • Timesheet collation and verification.
  • Training in the business systems used on a regular basis
  • Ensure the team are compliant in the various areas of business management systems within the set deadlines
  • Document formatting
  • Monitor group email as required
  • Expense claim preparation/submission
  • Event management for quarterly team events
  • Sit at reception and make sure all meeting rooms are functional when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proven experience in Word and PowerPoint formatting
  • Experience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage
  • Process driven and ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Possesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives
  • Proven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attitude.
