About the Role: The Administrative officer position is a busy role which provides administrative support across the student lifecycle within vocational education. Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, the Administrative Officer works closely with teaching area Managers to provide a customer focused service to current and future students and other stakeholders. Salary and Conditions of Employment This is a continuing role at HEP 5 Classification Level, Salary range $79,135 per annum (pro rata) - $90,899 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week. Conditions of employment will be covered by Victoria University Enterprise Agreement 2025 About the Person: Experience in providing high level organisational and administrative support in a similar role with excellent attention to detail. Ability to deliver quality client / customer service to all stakeholders. Have strong problem-solving skills together with the ability to adapt to changing work practices and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team, together with the capability to work independently and meet the position objectives.
