Description

Crommelin is a leading Australian manufacturer of waterproofing membranes, concrete and stone sealers, paint and specialty coatings with more than 60 years of industry experience.
Crommelin are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrator to manage the administrative operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of documentation, logistics booking, whilst maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The administrator is responsible for the administrative aspects of warehouse operations, the core of this role is about customer service and team support. Performing warehouse administrative tasks including:

  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and amended to ensure all information is captured
  • Daily booking and invoicing of freight
  • Daily loscams and manifest reconciliation
  • Daily sales reporting
  • Scanning of documents from warehouse to admin team
  • Assist with outstanding order reports
  • Assist with matching of orders
  • Assist with order processing.
  • Assist with answering of phones
  • Daily sales report
  • Assisting with customer payments and queries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Effective communication with team members and external partners.
  • Be a point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, order updates, and delivery statuses.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and efficiency protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mind-set, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with freight booking and logistics is a plus.
