About the opportunity We are seeking passionate and motivated administrative officers to join the Patient Services Team in DPU and HITH who understands the importance of high quality, admin support and person-centered care in a dynamic environment. These roles are responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative and reception duties in the areas. You are required to provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital. About the Role DPU - 4 days per week HITH - 3 days per week Permanent WMH What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. To thrive in this role, you will have: Experience working in a customer facing, fast paced and dynamic environment Experience working as an administrative officer in a public hospital Excellent, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. Strong person centered focus and excellent conflict resolution skills The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
