A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our Gold Coast (Arundel) team as an Administration Officer. This role is also a pivotal support to our Service/Sales team, to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality interaction with our clients.
You will use your extensive administration/sales/customer service experience, ideally obtained in the building services industry, to provide an efficient and high level of customer service delivery. You will work directly with field supervisors, technicians, clients and subcontractors to coordinate our client and business needs.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:-
Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new systems/technology whilst demonstrating a history of meeting customer requirements in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
