QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School graduation;
  • Minimum 2 years office experience;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Knowledge of aircraft terminology;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar;
  • Aptitude for math;
  • Aptitude for accuracy and detail;

LINGUISTIC REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, tables, graphs, and other documents using various software applications.
  • Maintain, validate, input, audit, and update data, records, manuals, schedules, and technical documents; control distribution of company publications.
  • Research and compile data for reports; resolve and respond to internal/external customer inquiries in writing and verbally.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, assist with outgoing calls, and refer customers to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Coordinate travel, appointments, ground transportation, and arrangements for meetings, training sessions, and interviews.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers and support departmental staff as needed.
  • Verify and process invoices, claims, expenses, third-party billings, and handle cash/cheques and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain staff rosters and monitor overtime equalization.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, even under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Administer and comply with Company Policies, Government Regulations, Collective Agreements, and procedures.
  • May perform other related duties as required.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
