We are seeking an efficient, proactive and detail-oriented Administration Partner to join our Administration team based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. You will be comfortable with document formatting, working within standardised templates, and managing documents. Your initiative and commitment to achieving project and team goals, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, will set you apart in this role. Offering great variety, the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing administrative support to staff, including preparation and proofreading of documents such as letters, proposals, and reports. Support of the full winning‑work cycle - assisting with bid preparation and finalising for submission, completing tender schedules, preparing staff CVs, developing marketing collateral. Coordinating project meetings, presentations, agenda creation, working closely with wider Workplace Services team for room bookings and catering. General team administration tasks such as team meetings and organising events, conducting QA checks, new starter support, invoicing etc. Understand and adhere to GHD’s values, codes of conduct and policies. What would you bring to the team? Demonstrated experience in similar team support position in a busy and professional environment High level of proficiency in MS365 + Office Suite, MS Teams. SharePoint Salesforce and/ or Concur are advantageous. Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic at all times by proactively anticipating the professional requirements of those you are supporting Adept at multi-tasking and prioritising workload with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
