WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an Administration Officer in this leave relief position, you will provide an efficient and effective administrative/clerical service. This 24/7 role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of hospital administration duties, making every day unique and fulfilling.
- Be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
- Build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
- Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems.
- Prioritise tasks to meet departmental needs effectively.
- Uphold excellence, respect, and cultural inclusion in line with health values and standards.
- Provide flexible support across the hospital, enhancing your skills and contributing to patient care.
