Responsibilities
Team Introduction
The Corporate Services COE team focuses on policy development, research, strategic planning, data analytics and programme management. We support the business by elevating and creating unique employee and corporate service experiences, specifically our operational teams (e.g., workplace and food & beverage / customer service teams). Our team focuses on implementing industry knowledge across our global portfolio, providing specialist advice and business partnerships on multiple projects, programmes and innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Policy Research, Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct research, evaluation and analysis of policies, regulations and legislation relevant to food programme requirements. Identify gaps, challenges and propose solutions.
  • Policy Development: Support creation of data and evidence based policies, guidelines and initiatives to address food programme challenges, innovation, customer satisfaction, programme requirements and forward-looking practices.
  • Strategic Planning. Support regional teams strategic plans and frameworks to support policy initiatives and interventions with measurable success outcomes.
  • Business partnership and stakeholder engagement. Successfully engages, consults and partners with the busienss to co-create and propose systemic sustainable solutions.
  • Data management, monitoring and evaluation. Use data analysis, insights and before/after models to measure success and programme development. Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess policy and intervention impact.
  • Consultation and Collaboration. Offer expertise, support and guidance to stakeholders, operation teams and business leaders. Leverages industry expertise and resources to propose solutions.
  • Project Management. Plan, execute, evaluate and govern over projects and programmes.
  • Change Management. Lead change and transformation initiatives. Provide guidance, support and training.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • English as a working language.
  • Possess a strategic mindset with thought leadership abilities. Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, especially in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong project and program management experience with a focus on global, regional and/or country internal/external audiences within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Desire to promote growth and innovative solutions, with an open mindset for change and challenges.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Related experience in the food and catering service industry.
