PetroApp is seeking a skilled Administration & Receptionist Specialist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will also perform various administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as needed. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems. Assist with office supply management and inventory controls. Responsible for the company contracts. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Equivalent. 6 Months of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
