As the face of our agency, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients and team members. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth and efficient management of daily office tasks.

This is a full-time Monday - Friday position. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Handling administrative tasks for the sales team
  • Preparing proposal documents, open home packs, pre-list kits, and agency agreements
  • Managing key tagging and tracking for office security
  • Maintaining an organised reception area and meeting rooms
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed
  • Providing administrative support to the sales and property management teams
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and internal admin staff
  • Assisting with additional tasks to support the smooth operation of the office

About You:
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic team player with a strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A polished, professional appearance
  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, or real estate (preferred but not essential)
