JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration & Recruiting Assistant to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the recruitment process, assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Answering Telephone Calls and Greeting visitors
  • Right To Work Checks and DBS Applications for existing staff
  • Responding daily to recruitment emails and sending application forms for potential employees
  • Arranging interviews for Project Managers
  • End to End onboarding including DBS checks, update service, references
  • Preparing documentation for new starters including contracts, NOK information, Medical Questionnaire and subsequently meeting them to go through this on induction day
  • Prepare employee files on HR platforms
  • Update training certificates and matrix
  • General assistant to Head Office Team including photocopying, filing,
