ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform all administrative duties accurately and prioritize them appropriately in order to meet applicable time frames and deadlines while at all times maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Verify the accuracy and validity of all contracts and supporting documentation as outlined in the credit conditions and internal procedures before the deal is submitted for funding.
- Actively identify and advise credit and Supervisor of any potential fraud risk issues.
- Provide proactive, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional communication and correspondence with external and internal partners.Recommend workflow and administrative process alternatives to improve efficiencies and customer service. Assist in resolving audit and customer issues, ensuring irregularities are corrected, and provide timely, effective problem resolution, escalating issues as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 Years of job-related experience
- High School Diploma
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in the auto/transportation industry is an asset.
- Eloquent in both written and verbal communication with expert interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities to ensure a consistent image in service delivery excellence
Responsibilities:
The Administration Representative is responsible for the creation, verification, validation and funding of lease and loan contracts submitted by external broker partners and internal sales. You will ensure that all critical information is accurate and complete in each stage before promoting the contract to the next stage.
