Job Title: Administration & Reservations Support

OVERVIEW:

StayForWork are seeking a Administration & Reservations Support to join our fast paced & growing start-up. Revolutionising the contractor & corporate accommodation sector. StayForWork helps save companies all over the UK save money & time on accommodation when working away.
As the Administration & Reservations Support at StayForWork, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their accommodation needs are met efficiently and effectively. You’ll manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to final check-out, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your role will involve liaising with clients, suppliers, and our internal teams to deliver the best possible service.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role is advantageous

Responsibilities

-Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and enquiries
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
-Communicating with our hosts
-Work with our accommodation providers to find our clients the best options
-Negotiating better rates with our hosts for our clients
-Creating tailored shortlists & processing reservations from enquiry to booking
-Maintain accurate records of client reservations
-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
-Provide administrative support such as data entry and report generation
-Managing our guest check-in, check-out & communications
-Carrying out StayForWork documents & processes
