Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in rental and/or sale trust accounting role
Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform daily reconciliation for residential rental trust account.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental trust, including receipting, supplier and owner disbursements, and entering bills.
Understand and interpret ledgers, providing support to team members and clients with rental trust inquiries.
Preform and complete end-of-month & end of financial year
Assist with the preparation of auditing files for compliance and reporting purposes.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
