EXPERIENCE:

  • Working with Residents with Dementia/ Alzheimer’s (preferred)
  • Previous experience with Office Administration background in similar types of settings as The Vineyards Residents
  • Excellent people skills and customer service abilities as well as consistent organizational skills
  • Exceptional administrative detail orientation and deadline-driven
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem solver
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
Responsibilities
  • Ensures staffing and scheduling is up to date and all shifts are a high priority to fill, also working collaboratively with the leadership team.
  • Assists visitors, families, residents, and team members with any needs they require within the home with exceptional people skills.
  • Assist with mail delivery to residents.
  • Assist with screening visitors, family members, team members and residents prior to entering the community, monitoring arrival and departure of Residents, logging resident movement into and out of the home.
  • Strives with a positive attitude and is always approachable to anyone in need of assistance within the home.
  • Responsible for ordering administrative supplies for the home.
