Description

As an Administration Assistant, you will support a team with timetabling and with MIS.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Coordinating and maintaining accurate college timetables, room schedules, and staff allocations
  • Updating timetabling systems and ensuring timetable information is communicated effectively to staff and students
  • Responding to timetable queries and resolving scheduling conflicts in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and administrative documentation relating to timetabling activities
  • Liaising with curriculum, academic, and support teams to support the efficient delivery of timetabled provision


What We’re Looking For


  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within an education or college environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and stakeholders
  • Experience using databases, management information systems, or timetabling software (desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook (desirable)
  • DBS on update service
