Job Title: Administration Supervisor

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • You must hold a valid UK Driving License
  • Excellent cost understanding
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package, in particular, with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You will play a crucial role in our business, managing the Admin Team and their performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ultimately be responsible for the admin team and their performance
  • Verification of internal and external costs submitted
  • Make sure all SDF applications are completely up to date on a weekly basis – all queries are resolved, and load sheets are entered. Helping the team at month end format the applications so QS’s/CM’s can upload to CEMAR. Keeping logs if anything is changed after the team has issued them.
  • Be the main point of contact for Subcontractors for any queries on timesheets and helping to solve timesheet queries in a timely manner.
  • Be logic and Clockify point of contact (commercially), making sure all data is entered correctly, no duplicates, formatted properly
  • Attend CVR’s for SDF so any variant %’s can be investigated?
