PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage. Over the last 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the customer related areas including managing and supervising Client Liaison Officers team, undertaking daily customer service and all key day to day operational branch specific tasks. This is a fast-paced role and will suit someone with energy, personal drive and flexibility.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
  • Strong customer centricity and conflict resolutions skills
  • Previous experience leading a team and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Independent and autonomous self-starter
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve customer service excellence
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and business requirements
  • Ability to think outside the square and challenge normal business practices
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a range of tasks and responsibilities
  • Superior leadership capabilities with proven experience supporting a team
  • High level of stakeholder engagement and appropriate communication management
  • Strong organisation skills, and excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with all dealers/OEM customers
  • Monitor key metrics of the branch to ensure key performance measures are being met
  • Liaise with Operations to identify damage issues and undertaking branch specific reporting to identify trends and help implement process improvements
  • Support the operations/admin teams with any reports to ensure the KPI targets of the branch are achieved
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve increased revenue and market growth
  • Undertake any required data input, purchase order creation or financial analysis support to aid the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the branch operation
  • Respond to general customer enquiries in relation to dealer storage availability, pricing and general information
  • Undertake any general branch administrative and office support activities
