Responsibilities
  • Lead & Motivate: Inspire a team of Client Liaison Officers to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Customer Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and OEM customers.
  • Performance Focused: Monitor key metrics to ensure the branch is hitting performance targets.
  • Problem Solver: Work closely with Operations to identify trends, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support & Streamline: Assist operations/admin teams with reporting to ensure KPI success.
  • Grow the Business: Spot new business opportunities and support market growth strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Handle day-to-day admin tasks like data entry, purchase orders, and financial analysis.
  • Be the Go-To: Respond to customer enquiries on storage, pricing, and general info.
  • Keep It Running Smoothly: Provide general branch admin and office support as needed.
