Description
Working from our distributor business, SA Color in Edwardstown, you will work alongside a team of dedicated staff providing exceptional service in the supply of automotive paints, collision repair consumables and equipment. Reporting to the Business Manager, this position will focus on managing the administrative activities, liaising with suppliers and customers and working closely with Head Office on reviews of product mix, stock levels and service standards. This role requires someone who is multitalented and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Processing of orders and invoices and reconciliation of customer accounts Communicate with Customers and Internal staff regarding backordered stock Maintain debtors to agreed trading terms and management of debtor queries Accurate and timely reporting of KPIs in line with the company’s reporting package. Receipt & Maintain stock (including adjustments) to ensure adherence to SOX requirements Maintain the supply chain for 3rd Party Stock Prepare and complete banking of monies received Maintain required office supplies Process Supplier Invoices for Payment Maintain Pricing and make approved adjustments as required Identify and handle customer enquiries completely and accurately and resolve customer complaints and problems. To be successful in this role you will need: Experience and understanding in the use of SAP (Preferable) Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably in the paint, or automotive industry Excellent ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions and recommendations Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Business Process Improvements experience will be highly regarded Ability to build effective internal and external networks Experience in financial processes.
