It involves assisting with services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home and Community Care Programs for Younger People (HACC PYP), and supporting people to live independently in the community. The position contributes to the efficient operation of services through strong teamwork and active participation in care coordination and service delivery tasks.
