Mowlam Healthcare Services are seeking an Administration support to join their team. This role is a permanent role. This role will include a variety of general office tasks. The temp will be required to provide administrative assistance to the senior admin team and nursing homes, assisting in the compilation of data and reports, using existing organisational information systems.
Reports To: Administration Manager and Senior Admin team Leads.

  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Office Administration and information systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Senior Admin Team Leads with data compilation in preparation for various reports.
  • Printing, photocopying and filing hard copy documents.
  • Scanning and filing of documents.
  • Updating existing databases and logs.
  • To manage general daily administrative tasks as they arise such as answering phones, preparation of documents prior to sending to external stakeholders, updating and other ad hoc duties.
