Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity available, for an adaptable, energetic and confident Administrator to provide a front-of-house reception experience for CFA members and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visitor management and oversight of `visitor pass’ process
  • Manage a high volume of phone and email enquiries
  • Coordinate the efficient dispatch and delivery of mail, parcels and other goods
  • Order and procure stationery and goods
  • Records management, data entry and basic financial administration
  • Other ad hoc administrative and project improvement tasks as required
  • Maintain and update processes and work instructions for the business area as required
  • Perform basic financial transactions, including purchase orders, receipt, and invoice processing, ensuring compliance with CFA standards

Crucial to your success in this role will be your attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. You will demonstrate sound experience in the following areas:

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Administration skills and experience
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office and databases)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
  • Drafting standard documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard
  • Ability to work within a small and close-knit team with a focus on knowledge sharin
