THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Sound clerical, reception, computer and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining office-based procedures
  • Experience in the maintenance of medical records
  • Ability to work as part of a team
    ICYMHS is seeking a part time (56 hours/fortnight) Administrative Support Officer in our Shepparton office.
    We are also seeking a part time (48 hours/fortnight) Administrative Support Officer in our Seymour office.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE: ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT OFFICER

The Infant Child and Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (ICYMHWS) provides quality mental health care and support to people from pregnancy through to the age of 25 years. The administration support officer provides a wide range of clerical tasks and work to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided to consumers and their carers and supports. This position is responsible for the provision of a warm and welcoming reception at ICYMHWS to those contacting and attending the service.
