Administration Support Officer SNSW Grade 3/4 - starting annual salary $71,959 plus superannuation and leave loading Location- Newcastle, Gosford, Sydney McKell Full Time – Temporary 6 months This recruitment activity will be used to create a talent pool for future full time, part time ongoing, temporary and casual roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months. About the team This role sits within the Service Delivery Workforce Capacity Planning Team and supports resource planning to align business priorities. About the opportunity Provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the team/unit. Key Responsibilities • Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team/unit • Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information • Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible How to Apply Provide a cover letter and resume that shows your experience and how you meet the focus capabilities of the role (outlined in the Role Description).
