Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership, support, mentoring and training to new and existing administration staff members, including ongoing input into
    staff performance plans, allocation of workload and oversight for completion of allocated tasks.
  2. Form critical partnerships with internal and external stakeholders including NT Health, Hearing Australia and the Aboriginal
    Community Controlled sector to ensure the objectives of the program can be met through strong communication and collaboration.
  3. Develop and implement procedures for the efficient and effective operation of the outreach services schedule, including coordination
    of the daily activities of the outreach schedule, not limited to planning, coordination and confirmation of outreach visits.
  4. Undertake procurement of goods and services and manage associated procurement instruments and processes, including credit care
    management, sourcing of quotes, monitor repairs and maintenance required for business continuity.
  5. Work collaboratively to efficiently and effectively coordinate travel and logistics management to facilitate Hearing Services across
    communities in the NT including planning, liaising, booking, record keeping and change processes.
  6. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in
    order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  7. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behaviour.
