Description

Main Purpose

  • To act as a key component of both our administrative and typing teams to ensure adherence to client SLAs.

Principal Tasks and Duties

  • Working closely with the rest of the administration team to ensure each of our individual investigations are proactively conducted within our SLAs.
  • Offering assistance to the rest of the administration team and providing a resource overflow for the Instructions Processor and Logistics Coordinator.
  • Liaising with our field agents to ensure that investigations are completed in accordance with specific case and client requirements.
  • Handling incoming calls from our clients, their customers and our field agents
  • Ensuring our case management system is accurately updated.

Salary

  • Competitive Salary dependant on experience
