    This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and values-driven Administration Trainee to join our team and build real-world finance experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll work alongside our Senior Finance Officer, learning the ropes of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general finance administration in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone who is:

No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and a willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

This full-time, 12-month traineeship offers the opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in finance administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
  • Provide support in data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and record-keeping
  • Assist with general administrative duties in a not-for-profit finance environment
  • Learn industry software and systems (e.g. Xero, Employment Hero)
  • Work as part of a collaborative, friendly team
  • Complete a Certificate III or IV in Business or Accounts Administration (with dedicated time during work hours to study)
