Description Campbell Manufacturing Job Description Job Title: Administrative Accounting Assistant Department: Accounting Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift Compensation: $21.00–$22.00 per hour Position Summary The Administrative Accounting Assistant provides clerical, administrative, and accounting support to the Accounting Department. This position is responsible for processing outgoing mail and packages, maintaining cost information within Epicor, preparing reports, supporting accounts receivable activities, and assisting with various administrative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry, and managing multiple priorities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administrative Support Prepare, process, and meter all outgoing mail and packages daily. Maintain organized records and documentation. Provide general clerical support to the Accounting Department. Accounting & Data Management Provide daily customer invoicing support as assigned. Perform raw material cost reviews and updates within Epicor. Process transfer part cost changes as needed. Assist with monthly rebate reporting and data compilation. Prepare annual 1099 forms and support electronic submission processes. Assist with the preparation of customer Certificate of Origin documentation. Support the accounting team with special projects and reporting requests. Reporting & Customer Support Assist in preparing documentation for customer chargeback disputes. Compile and organize supporting documentation for customer and internal requests. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial and customer information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field. Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor. Experience with invoicing, reporting, or accounts receivable functions. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive keyboarding and data entry tasks.
