Our client located in Maidstone is looking to hire an Administrative Accounting Assistant.

Job Duties for Administrative Accounting Assistant:

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones.
  • Adjusting service schedule and printing master schedule for review.
  • Managing office supplies
  • Maintain accurate filing
  • Booking building inspections
  • Monitoring, redirecting, and answering emails
  • Drafting documents and quotes
  • Assist with various office projects and tasks
  • Take payments – credit card
  • A/R, A/P
  • Backup for Bookkeeper
  • Process Payroll
  • Prepare and remit HST, Source Deductions, WSIB, Corporate Tax and EHT

Experience & Requirements of Administrative Accounting Assistant:

  • 5-10 years of Office Admin
  • 2-5 years Bookkeeping. Sage 300 (preferred).
  • Post-Secondary Accreditation in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
  • Experience in Construction industry (preferred)

Compensation & Hours of Administrative Accounting Assistant:

  • $20.00-$25.00/hour

  • Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
