We are a plastic resin distributor located Fergus Ontario with sales across North America.
This is a full time Jr positions, with future room for advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for purchasing / receiving / managing inventory
  • Assist with Receiving and processing of customer orders.
  • Assist with Office daily work load to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Prepare shipping documents & Update Customers as Required
  • Update and manage company databases.
  • Respond in a timely manner to vendor and customer inquiries.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
  • Work with sales reps to manage inventories and open orders
  • Prepare shipping / customs documents for clearing
  • Attention to detail and multitasking is an essential requirement
    Industry experience, a working knowledge of Quickbooks & MS Office, Previous Purchasing and Administrative Experience all would be an Asset.
    Wages = $22/hr (starting at, Will depend on Experience, etc.)
