As an Administrative Aide at Arete, your primary responsibilities include: * Monitor and restock office supplies and vending machine inventory. * Assist with company meetings and events * Help lab managers with lab organization. * Assist with facilities tasks as needed. * Provide general administrative and facilities support daily. This is an onsite, non-exempt, non-supervisory, part-time temporary position based in our Niwot, CO office. What We Value: * Creativity and innovation in solving challenges * Integrity and responsibility in all actions * Collaboration across teams and specialties * Responsiveness in fast-paced environments * Passion for national security and excellence Experiences and Background We Look For: * Pursuing High School diploma or GED. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SharePoint. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team. * Advanced record-keeping and organizational skills. * Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures, but also able to suggest improvements. The salary range for this role is $17 to $18.
