**Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations, including Stanyan, Hyde & BCH Oakland locations. The Department of Nutrition & Food Services has units at several campuses including Parnassus, Mount Zion, and Mission Bay. This position, coordinates, advises, and provides information to department personnel. This person manages a high volume of sensitive and confidential human resource issues. Responsibilities include supporting Directors, Managers, and Supervisors with personnel actions, ensuring accurate and timeline processing of all human resource (HR) and payroll actions and documents, tracking and maintaining employee records, providing department training and new employee orientation, managing security databases, and assisting with other Business Office functions and conference services for Nutrition & Food Services.
