JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on accounting support while providing general administrative assistance.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience managing certification records and renewal processes is a plus.
