This is a remote position. Schedule: 20 hours a week Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST Responsibilities: Manage email communications, handling 50-100 emails daily with timely responses Perform data input tasks, transferring information from website forms into spreadsheets and updating the company website Conduct research on different cities, sports organizations, and clubs, summarizing findings in spreadsheet format Handle phone call responses using a local phone number for customer inquiries Process and distribute standard contracts to new hires, including updating contact information and coordinating email distribution Manage workflow communications through website-based email systems Participate in daily team meetings via Zoom Communicate effectively through Discord, the company’s internal communication platform Support the customer support and administrative teams with various operational tasks Scope: Potential for full-time advancement based on performance and business growth Direct reporting to company leadership with integration into existing team structure Future expansion opportunities into HR and accounting functions Support role for both administrative operations and customer service functions Work primarily involves backend website operations, Discord communication, and Google Sheets management Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle phone calls professionally with customers Strong Customer service and Administrative experience required Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, including experience with filters, sorts, counts, and other functions Experience with Discord for team communication Familiarity with Zoom for video conferencing Strong email management and customer service skills Data entry accuracy and attention to detail Research and summarization capabilities Experience with workflow management systems Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring ZR_27768_JOB
