Job Title: Administrative and Data Entry Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an Administrative and Data Entry Specialist (Arabic) to support our team by managing daily administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and have strong attention to detail.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with data entry software and office management systems
Knowledge of database management tools is an advantage.
SOFT SKILLS:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in administrative support or data entry is preferred.
Typing speed of [insert WPM, if required] with high accuracy
