ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (CLEANING COMPANY)

We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and multitasking professional to take on a key role in our cleaning company. This position requires structure, punctuality, and strong time management skills, as all operations are based on schedules and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Canva.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in coordination and staff management (preferably in cleaning or service industries).
  • Ability to work both in the office and in the field.
  • Strong time management, responsibility, and commitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required).
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
  • Must pass a background check.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
