A leading real estate team specializing in luxury properties in Toronto’s core is hiring a Personal and Administrative Assistant to support both team operations and the lead broker. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in admin or personal assistance.
This role offers exposure to the fast-paced world of luxury real estate and is perfect for someone interested in eventually becoming a licensed real estate professional.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative and/or personal assistant experience (required)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Comfortable with task management tools and scheduling software
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle required
  • Interest in pursuing a Real Estate Licence in the future is welcomed
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
