OVERVIEW

G&L Printing Services is looking for an Administrative & Production Assistant to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly across shipping, receiving, production, and sales. Reporting to the Coordinator of Marketing & Operations, you’ll be provided with training and support to succeed in this dynamic role.
This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk job — you’ll be on your feet, on the move, and always in the middle of the action. As the key link between customers, production, and sales, your communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail will be critical.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Administration, Communications, or a related field would be an asset
  • Proven experience in administration, order/shipping management, or production support in a small business environment
  • A quick learner who is tech-savvy and can adapt to multiple software platforms
  • Excellent communication skills — able to keep customers, production, and sales aligned
  • Comfortable working on your feet all day in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and wear multiple hats to keep operations flowing
  • A team player with demonstrated success in similar roles
  • A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
