Description

The person we are looking for would possess a combination of experience and education related to the duties of the position – minimum 2-year diploma in a related field in office administration, business, bookkeeping and accounting. Possess current computer software, financial, bookkeeping/accounting and database administration abilities and experience. Have strong organizational and systems skills – both physical and digital, computer literacy and problem solving abilities. Be detailed oriented and be highly organized and understand banking, record keeping, file management. Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of business minded staff, contractors and volunteers. Be empathetic and have good understanding of entrepreneurship and small business ownership. Must be able to work in a high client confidentiality and privacy oriented workplace and demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
