We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative and research support to our International Engagement Team. You will be involved in coordinating logistical arrangements, undertaking research, and supporting the team’s international human rights programs. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with organisational priorities and contribute to the achievement of program objectives.
This full-time/ part time, ongoing/ non ongoing position offers a competitive salary range of $75,041 - $83,074 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support the delivery of international human rights technical cooperation programs, including maintaining records and meeting minutes and organising travel arrangements.
  • Manage databases, files, and records to ensure accurate and efficient information storage.
  • Ensure compliance with all Commission policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
  • Conduct research to support program design, implementation and evaluation, including gathering and analysing data on regional issues and trends.
  • Draft reports, templates, briefing notes and other program-related materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities by collating and analysing data to inform program improvements.
  • Assist in the coordination of program activities, including event logistics, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation.
  • Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including drafting emails, and managing contact lists.
  • Assist in organising meetings, workshops and events, including liaising with partners and participants.
