You will be responsible for managing documentation, invoicing processes and internal workflows, as well as supporting the planning and coordination of events and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail‑oriented and reliable individual, with strong operational awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of administrative processes and the successful delivery of events and commercial activities, contributing to the overall effectiveness and professional image of the organization.     Role and Responsabilities    • Redazione, gestione e archiviazione di documenti di trasporto, fatture attive e altra documentazione amministrativa • Supporto al team amministrativo e commerciale per garantire la corretta esecuzione dei processi • Prenotazione e gestione di hotel, ristoranti e location per eventi seguendo linee guida condivise • Organizzazione e aggiornamento dell’agenda eventi e delle attività correlate • Pianificazione, gestione e invio ordini per materiali marketing e promozionali • Drafting, managing and filing of transport documents, sales invoices and other administrative paperwork • Supporting the administrative and sales teams to ensure processes are carried out correctly • Booking and managing hotels, restaurants and event venues in accordance with agreed guidelines • Organizing and updating the events calendar and related activities • Planning, managing and placing orders for marketing and promotional materials     Qualifications and Education Requirements    • Ottima capacità organizzativa e attenzione ai dettagli • Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di fatturazione e gestione documentale • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e gestire più attività contemporaneamente • Conoscenza della lingua inglese • Attitudine al problem solving e buone capacità relazionali • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Knowledge of the main invoicing and document management tools • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of English • Problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills
