Technical Skills

Responsibilities

Device Maintenance and Management

  • Maintain and update device inventory records
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts
  • Clean and sanitize devices after use
  • Identify and report damaged or malfunctioning devices

Technical Skills

  • Navigate various devices and operating systems (primarily iOS)
  • Understand basic software methodologies

Device Set-Up and Distribution

  • Issue and collect devices to/from authorized users
  • Ensure proper fitting and usage of devices
  • Maintain accurate records of issued devices and accessories

Storage and Organization

  • Store devices in designated areas with proper labeling
  • Keep the device room clean and organized

Returns and Exchanges

  • Process device returns and exchanges in line with company policies

Administrative Support

  • Create and update device usage logs
  • Assist in generating inventory and usage reports
  • Support portal setup and maintenance
  • Assist the Fleet Manager with administrative duties

Customer Interaction

  • Address user inquiries about device features
  • Troubleshoot common device issues
  • Answer multi-line phone systems

General Office Support

  • Collaborate with warehouse, fleet, building, and cleaning crews
  • Manage office equipment and supplies
