ADMINISTRATIVE APPLICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Highland Community College is seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Applications Administrator to oversee the College’s administrative application systems. This full-time position is integral to enhancing institutional efficiency and supporting strategic goals through system analysis, maintenance, and technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and maintain administrative application systems to address complex operational issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to end users, including problem resolution and documentation to ensure timely solutions.
  • Research, plan, and implement software upgrades, patches, and new data capture and reporting requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and readiness for system enhancements.
  • Lead projects involving administrative applications, including securing consultants, managing timelines, and resolving technical issues.
  • Create and manage user accounts for administrative applications while ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Extract data and assist in fulfilling institutional data needs, including federal, state, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Institutional Research to prioritize data needs and align with institutional strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the institution’s mission and goals.
