This is a job working in an office where you will primarily be the only employee in the office, it is fully onsite
We’re looking for a highly organized and independent Administrative Assistant to join a busy logistics company in the transportation industry located in Coquitlam, BC.
This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, independent work, has strong Excel skills, and isn’t afraid to manage a wide variety of administrative tasks in a casual, no-nonsense environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage complex Excel spreadsheets (inventory tracking, payroll, and fuel delivery logs)
  • Input data accurately into company systems (e.g., fuel levels, dispatch logs)
  • Manage incoming documents, scan/email forms, and organize digital and paper files
  • Send pay stubs and coordinate payroll documentation
  • Attend quarterly safety meetings offsite (Langley)
  • Act as the in-office point of contact for drivers and vendors
  • Support management with various administrative tasks and reporting

The successful candidate has:

  • Strong Excel skills, including working knowledge of formulas
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Comfortable working in an industrial or trucking environment

Compensation and benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $28–$30/hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
