YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Technologically savvy
  • Excellent communications etiquette
  • 1-2 years’ experience providing retail customer service and sales or promotional marketing support
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position reports to the Sales Manager and manages a portion of the company CRM. A day in the role includes contacting existing customers by phone, text and email to schedule their next appointment. This position assists in handling new and potential customers with clear and courteous communication. Our sales and operations teams work closely together scheduling and optimizing technician routes, and ensuring each customer receives a service that exceeds their expectations. The Sales Assistant is charismatic, consistent, gracious, dependable & flexible and always able to guide multiple customers throughout each service, resulting in 5-star reviews, invoices paid, and the customers’ next appointment.

WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Execute day to day sales, marketing, customer service, and campaign management.
  • Manage CRM including maintaining and organizing database, pricing and details
  • Providing interactive, friendly and professional service for our clients
  • Guide clients through service selection, collect data and upsell services, ensuring customers are satisfied and scheduled for future servicing
  • Distribute to and receive paperwork from the operations team, communicating with the Operations Manager when issues come up
  • Research, study and share insights on the latest industry trends with the team
  • Support the Sales Manager through all aspects of the sales process from contract to closing
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and address customer concerns
  • Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
  • Organize work and information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Projects a professional and consistent image by adhering to organization’s brand, corporate identity, and standards
  • Prepares and vets client / prospect call lists and tracks progress as required
  • Managing basic follow-up communications including online form-fills, phone inquiries and follow up with clients
  • Help clients navigate services, provide quotes, and close sales
  • Monitor phone whenever technicians are out in the field and respond to customer inquiries
