Description
A property management company is seeking a part time administrative assistant at our apartment community in Chicago, IL. The individual will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the following:
Answering all incoming calls and directed them to the correct personnel.
Set appointments for potential clients to view apartments.
Organize activities with vendors for tenants.
Assist residents with needs.
Track monthly calendar
Assist manager with any other daily needs as requested.

1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills
Responsibilities
The administrative assistant will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling apartment viewings for potential clients, and organizing vendor activities for tenants. They will also assist residents with their needs and track the monthly calendar.
