Description Must be in TX, GA, or TN Role Purpose: Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Handle general administrative tasks ( scheduling, correspondence, etc.). Occasionally assist with bookkeeping; QuickBooks experience a plus.. Prepare regular reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Support ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or CRM. Resolve service issues efficiently and professionally. Enter and update customer information in CRM.. Qualifications: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; Experience with CRM software (e.g., Bigin) helpful. Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining quality. Self-motivated and customer-focused.
